Nestled in the southwest of the Kassandra peninsula in Halkidiki, just 80 km away from Thessaloniki, Mina House Siviri offers a perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility.
Covering 90 square meters, Mina House Siviri features two terraces, a balcony, and direct pool access.
The basement hosts a spacious bedroom, a bathroom, and storage space. Furnished with a solid wood king-size bed (180/200 cm), a sofa bed for two, a spacious wardrobe, and bedside tables, the basement bedroom ensures a comfortable stay.
The bathroom, equipped with a shower, is roomy and fully facilitated. The front terrace of the basement bedroom connects to the living room terrace via a staircase. Air conditioning isn't necessary in the basement bedroom during the hottest summer months, thanks to a consistently comfortable temperature.
The ground floor boasts a fully equipped kitchenette, a living room with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, fireplace, Wi-Fi, and a large terrace with an eight-person dining table and a Greek-style fountain. On the first floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom await. The master bedroom features a large bed, a spacious wardrobe, air conditioning, and a spacious balcony. The other bedroom is equipped with a sofa bed, wardrobe, and offers a splendid view of the sea and the pool.

Mina House Siviri is nestled within the Nautilos Residential Complex, boasting three pools, a children's playground, a basketball court, a shop, and lush greenery with palm trees, asphalted roads, and Greek-style stone pathways.
Divided into three zones, each with its pool, Nautilos sits on a hill at the base of a pine forest. A winding path through the pines, adorned with benches for moments of repose, leads to a somewhat private beach, away from the bustling tourist crowds.
The main Siviri beach is 500 meters from Mina House Siviri, and the secluded beach, accessible through the pine forest, is approximately 150-200 meters away.
As a residential complex focused on relaxation and a vacation ambiance, all owners have agreed to rules regarding tranquility, especially between 15:00 and 18:00, with pool access restricted during this period. Pool access is also prohibited after 22:00.
Situated on the western edge of the Kassandra peninsula, Siviri beckons with its panoramic views of Mount Olympus, where the sun bids adieu each day.
Once a quaint fishing village, Siviri has transformed into a chic and serene tourist resort, boasting a well-appointed beach with taverns, bars, supermarkets, shops, and even a summer theater.
